An amendment of the Labor Standards Act with newly introduced articles on the workplace harassment went into effect on July 16th, 2019.
The bilingual manual contains relevant articles of related laws, criteria for determining workplace harassment, and measures for preventing and dealing with cases of workplace harassment.
